Shipping

For all NZ orders, we use Post Haste Couriers.
All New Zealand orders over NZD $100 are shipped free using a standard service.
All local orders under NZD $100 are charged a flat fee of NZD $15 and ship using a standard service.
Allow four business days for standard South Island shipping and five business days for the North Island.
For Rural Addresses and PO box numbers, please add two business days.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once it has left the store, it is at the mercy of the couriers; please check your tracking information and contact the couriers if your Aarn Pack has not arrived when expected.

Standard delivery times for Australian orders can vary from 5 plus business days.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

International orders do not come with a signature delivery confirmation.

Australian orders exclude New Zealand GST.

Please note that you will be liable to pay all local customs and duties fees at your local border, if any apply, when you receive your package.

In New Zealand, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details; you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company to see how far away it is.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as sometimes we need to get in touch with you and our emails happen to end up in there!

We try our best to get your orders out to you ASAP, however, during our peak times (e.g. Christmas, Sale Week), we may need an extra day to process them.

These estimates are for a perfect world, where courier companies work on time and natural disasters and pandemics are at bay. Once your Aarn Pack has left the shop it is sometimes left in the hands of the shipping gods!

We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed. However, if you send an email to hello@aarnpacks.com or call us at our office +64 3 338 1774 we will endeavour to change the address. 

Please let us know before our daily order cut off at 1pm.

$48 for orders under $199

$85 for orders $200 and over.
