If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund minus any shipping charges. The goods need to be in original condition with original packaging and proof of purchase and be returned within 15 days for New Zealand purchases and within 30 days for overseas purchases.
If exchanging a product, a return shipping fee will be charged.

Our Packs are designed to enhance your hiking comfort. As such, they have many moving parts. Over time, some of these parts must be replaced, mended and maintained. This is expected with such a technical and lightweight piece of equipment.
Our products are made from ultralight materials, and some wear and tear is to be expected.
The life of your pack depends on the materials, your use, and the environment.
For some people, the life of a pack will be one thru-hike. For others, it will be years when used with care on the summer break and stored well.
We warranty the products we sell for the original purchaser within one year of the purchase date to be free from manufacturing defects.
To reduce the amount of waste going into landfills and reduce our carbon footprint, we encourage you to extend the life of your pack and will help you repair it, instead of replacing it, where possible.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault within that one year, we will offer you a free on-trail repair kit, repair it free of charge or replace it at our discretion.
On-trail repair kit: We will send you the appropriate spare part to help you fix the issue, along with some instructions, and photos or videos if necessary.
Repair: If a repair proves durable, we will encourage it over a replacement to avoid sending extra waste to landfills.
If you're not in New Zealand, the easiest repair option may be to bring it to your local seamstress or cobbler.
Replacement: In some rare instances, we will decide to replace a product. In this case, we will need the damaged item back so we can recycle it as best as possible.
Due to the lightweight nature of our materials, Aarn Packs does not warranty products against materials or fabric failure due to durability issues.

We are confident that our packs are the most comfortable packs you will ever wear. However, if this is not the case and you do feel unusual pain and strains on your body while wearing our packs, we will offer a full refund within three months of the purchase date.
