- As we know you are looking forward to receiving your new piece of kit, we will send your order as quickly as possible. However depending on the time of the year, please allow one to three business days before we dispatch your order.
- We process orders between Monday and Friday, except when one of these days is a public holiday in New Zealand.
- Once it has left the store, it is at the mercy of the couriers' gods; please check your tracking information and contact the couriers if your Aarn Pack has not arrived when expected.
- If ordering from outside of New Zealand, you will be responsible for paying customs and duties at your local border if applicable.
