- Once it has left the store, it is at the mercy of the couriers' gods; please check your tracking information and contact the couriers if your Aarn Pack has not arrived when expected.

For all NZ orders, we use Post Haste Couriers and NZ Post. All New Zealand orders are shipped free using a standard service.
Delivery timeframe: Allow 4 business days for standard South Island shipping and 5 business days for the North Island. For Rural Addresses and PO box numbers, please add two business days.

Please keep an eye on the tracking link so you can follow your parcel and know when it is held by the customs.
If you order from outside of New Zealand, you may have to pay for tax and custom duties in the country of destination of your parcel.
These fees are beyond our control and the buyer is responsible for paying them. Best is to check with your local customs what are the taxes in place for goods coming from New Zealand.
When your parcel is dispatched from New Zealand, keep an eye on the tracking link to know when it is held at customs.
In most cases, customs will contact you directly to let you know how much you owe them.
However if you see that your parcel has been held for a few days at the border without receiving any updates, you may want to contact your local post company or the local customs.
Keep in mind that customs will hold your parcel for a few weeks (21 days in most countries) and if they don't hear from the recipient within that timeframe, the parcel will be returned to New Zealand. If this happens, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
In New Zealand, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details; you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company to see how far away it is.
If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as sometimes we need to get in touch with you and our emails happen to end up in there!
For international order, please note that you won’t see any updates while your parcel is in transit between New Zealand and its country of destination.
Once the parcel has reached the country of destination, the parcel is handed over to the local post or courier company. You may sometimes be able to find more accurate updates on the website of your local courier company.
We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed. However, if you send an email to hello@aarnpacks.com or call us at our office +64 22 546 8535 we will endeavour to change the address.
