WHERE IS MY ORDER:
In New Zealand, once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details, you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company to see how far away it is.
If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as some times we need to get in touch with you and emails do happen to end up in there!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Allow 4 business days for standard South Island shipping and 5 business days for the North Island.
Rural Address and PO Boxes, please add 2 more days.
We try our best to get your orders out to you ASAP, however, during our peak times (Christmas, Sale week etc), we may need an extra day to process them.
These estimates are for a perfect world when courier companies work on time and natural disasters and pandemics are at bay. Once it has left the shop it is sometimes up to the shipping gods!
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDER?
We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed, however, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at our office +64 3 338 1774 and we will endeavour to change the address. Please let us know before order cut off at 1pm daily.

$48 for orders under $199
$85 for orders $200 and over.
