Our hiking backpacks are highly customisable, and our Pelvic Form Hip Belt can be adjusted a little further than most other hip belts!
When you get your pack and your hip belt, you may find it doesn't fit, even though you checked your measurements on the size guide on the website. The good news is these hip belts are designed to become bigger or smaller but still wrap perfectly around your waist for extra comfort!
Here's how to adjust an Aarn Pelvic Form Hip Belt.

At the bottom of the pack, there is a Velcro tab that sits around a plastic tube that goes over the bungee cord. Undo this Velcro and flip the whole thing up.

The hip belts come in two parts, and each side has a large square of Velcro secured by two other Velcro straps - it's super sticky!

Release the Velcro straps on one side, pull it up and stick it back down either closer or further away, depending on whether you want to make the hip belt smaller or bigger.

And repeat on the other side. You want to make sure that both halves are evenly spaced so you have a nice symmetrical shape at the front.

There are also purple or grey corded tensioners on the hip belt that you can adjust if you need to.

And then, fold it all back down and do up the Velcro tab over the tube at the base of your pack, and you're good to go!
